Traiza respects your privacy. This page explains what happens to information connected to your use of our public website at www.traiza.com.

It does not cover app.traiza.com. If you sign up for or use the Traiza platform, a separate notice will describe how that product handles data.

Who is responsible

Traiza Digital Infrastructure Ltd ("Traiza") is responsible for personal data processed through this marketing website.

Traiza is registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) as a data controller / processor of major importance under Section 44 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023. Our registration ID is NDPC/DCP/14651, issued on 15 September 2026. You can confirm the registration on the NDPC verification portal.

Information tied to browsing

Like most sites, ours is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may record technical details such as IP address, browser or device type, and which pages were requested. Those records help keep the site online and secure. We do not use them to build profiles of individual visitors.

Information you send us

When you write to support@traiza.com, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically a name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message. We keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up. Ask us if you want a message thread deleted, and we will handle the request where we reasonably can.

If you use our pre-register form, we collect the details you submit (such as role, location, materials, capacity, organisation, name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, and notes) so we can contact you about onboarding. Those submissions are stored in our Notion workspace and processed through Cloudflare.

Cookies and similar tools

Cloudflare may place essential cookies needed for security and basic delivery of the site (including bot protection such as __cf_bm, and Cloudflare Turnstile on the pre-register form). Those are required for the site to work as intended.

We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; blocking essential ones may break parts of the site.

Why we process data

In short, we process website-related data to:

• Host, secure, and maintain the site
• Answer messages you send us
• Handle pre-register interest and follow up about access
• Meet legal or security obligations if they arise

Who else is involved

We do not sell personal data. The main infrastructure partners for this website are:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, DNS, CDN, and pre-register form delivery. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Notion Labs, Inc.: storage of pre-register form submissions. See Notion's Privacy Policy.

Where data may be processed

Because Cloudflare and Notion run globally, technical data and form submissions may be handled outside Nigeria. Those providers document the safeguards they use for cross-border processing.

Your choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to ask us to confirm what we hold, fix inaccurate details, delete data, or limit how we use it. Email support@traiza.com and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
